Turkish police detain pro-Brotherhood actor Hisham Abdallah

The Turkish authorities detained Egyptian
fugitive actor Hisham Abdallah, who is currency a TV anchor at the Muslim
Brotherhood-affiliated Al-Sharq TV, media reports has said.
Abdallah, who is on the Interpol's wanted
list, fled Egypt after the June 30 Revolution and the ousting of the Muslim
Brotherhood's regime in 2013.

Abdo, the director of Al-Sharq TV, said Abdallah's passport had expired and
claimed that the Turkish authorities wouldn't extradite him to Egypt.
Abdo claimed Abdallah was investigated by
the Turkish police in what he described as "a routine check" and
nothing more.
