·        Governance of the Jurist or what so called (Wilayat al-Faqih) is a political theory created by Khomeini, not related to the Shiite doctrine

·        Khamenei’s regime raises sectarian strife…its security forces are pervasive in many Arab countries

·        Iran supports al-Qaeda, embraces its leaders, and funds armed groups to destabilize the region

·        Hezbollah, the most important arm for the Revolutionary Guards, destroyed Lebanon ... turned it to an Iranian military base

Mohamad Ali El Husseini, the Secretary-General of the Islamic Arab Council in Lebanon, is one of the influential moderate Shiite figures, who stand with the Arab Shiites against the Iranian penetration.

El Husseini also consider Wilayat al-Faqih is a heretical term, to help the rulers of Iran to control of the Arab countries, describing Hezbollah in his interview  with the Reference, as an Iranian tool for a regional and international settle accounts.

He also warned from the Iranian attempt to penetrate Europe and called on Arab Shiites to abide by the laws of their country.

·        How Ashura mourning turned into a politicized phenomenon used by Iranian Shiites to threaten some countries?

Ashura marks a religious commemorate may be used for a political aims, because the influenceable cleric can interact with the common people. Iran is working on creating clerics to carry out their plans, so that the impact in communities and states is achievable for the Iranian regime.

This is very serious. Iran sends clerics, opens various religious centers, and spends money in countries with a Sunni majority, to gather the Shiites, which mean divided the society.  But Ashura is an Islamic event not a Shiite one, and a cultural, intellectual ceremony.  It must be a gathering for all Muslims, because it is the most successful means to bring out the true meaning of Ashura, and to counter the sectarian within our societies.

·        How do you see the situation of Shiites in the Arab world?

The status of the Arab Shiites is no different from the other components of the Arab peoples; they are targeted by the projects of fragmentation and division, and they are concerned, like their brethren of other Islamic sects, or other religions followers, to deal with these projects and overthrow it.

What distinguishes Arab Shiites from other groups is that they are particularly targeted by Iran, which aims to make them the spearhead of the project of taking over our Arab country.

On the other hand, the Arab Shiites proved that they are also keen on the higher Arab interest, by adhering to their loyalty to their countries.

·        What is your opinion in governance of the Jurist aka (Wilayat al-Faqih)? How did it used to destabilize the region?

Wilayat al-Faqih is a heretical term, to help the rulers of Iran to control of the Arab countries. Hezbollah also is an Iranian tool for a regional and international settle accounts.

This term has been used to promote and spread the Iranian Shiism in the Arab and Islamic world. But this project failed in all the Arab countries, except for Lebanon for special circumstances.

For the rest of the Arab countries, Iran succeeded in destabilizing its security as what happened in Iraq.

·        Does the Khamenei regime play a role in provoking sectarian strife in many Arab countries?

Certainly, he is the direct supervisor of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, which was established mainly after Khomeini seize the power in 1979 in order to protect the revolution or the new regime at home, but quickly assigned the guards to the task of exporting the revolution abroad.

·        Does the Iranian regime support the extremist groups?

Yes, the Iranian regime has always supported al-Qaeda and its leaders, and supported radical Palestinian movements. Iran has long embraced political and intellectual conferences for extremists. Iran funds armed extremist groups operating in their countries to destabilize.

·        How do you see Hezbollah’s role in Lebanon and in other Arab countries?

Hezbollah is Iran’s most important arm of the Revolutionary Guards. It managed to control Lebanon militarily, turning it into an advanced Iranian military base next to Syria and facing Israel. Iranian officials have long boasted of extending their empire to the shores of the Mediterranean, mainly through Hezbollah.

·        Is the Khamenei regime using the Shiites of Europe to target the security and destabilization of European countries?

Yes, The Revolutionary Guard has penetrated everywhere, through Shiites or others, and different Security and non-security means, and here I am interested to clarify the seriousness of cultural penetration as a hidden weapon to create cracks in European societies, which is translated through cultural centers and research institutes and the media.

·        What do you advice to decision makers to confront the Iranian threat in the Arab and European countries?

We have put the face of the Iranian threat as a top priority task in the Arab Islamic Council that we have established.

Hence, the Arab Islamic Council worked to communicate with the Shiites everywhere, especially the Arabs, to emphasize the priority of Arab affiliation under the umbrella of great Islam.

It is the duty of the decision-makers to support this Arab-Islamic movement, and support it by all means of confrontation, such as the media, cultural and intellectual centers and study institutes, and enable them to form an anti-Iranian force in any place where the mullahs try to intervene and sabotage.
