Turkey has a key role in UAE-Somalia crisis
A Somali dissident said that
Turkey has a significant role in the current crisis
between UAE and his country.
The crisis raised after Somalia
security forces detained an Emirate civilian aeroplane on board of which the
UAE air-borne task forces. The Somali security confiscated the salaries allocated
to pay the salaries of the Somali army.
The Somali dissident said
that turkey uses its military base in Mogadishu to intensify its existence in Somalia,
he also added that turkey incited the Somalia government to detain the emirate civilian
aeroplane to create this crisis.
The United Arab Emirates ended its military training
mission to Somalia, after it had trained thousands of Somali soldiers to
confront terrorism.
The Somali ministry pretended that the bags were filed with smuggled money. Actually the money was allocated to pay the salaries of the Somali army.
