Kemet Foundation to organize int'l seminar on Africa July 3
The Kemet Boutros Ghali Foundation for Peace and Knowledge
will be organizing an international seminar on inter-African cooperation titled
“Peace in Africa…The Food Basket of the World” on July 3.
The event will be held at the Diplomatic Club in Cairo with
an array of intellects, politicians and economists from Africa and the world
taking part.
The Foundation, in a statement Sunday to mark Africa Day,
stressed the importance of inter-African cooperation at all levels with the aim
to achieve sustainable development in line with the 2063 agenda.
It also underlined the need to meet aspirations of the
African peoples to achieve economic integration for a better future.
The Kemet Boutros Ghali Foundation for Peace and Knowledge
is meant to affirm the principles of achieving peace-building and peacemaking,
as well as spreading knowledge and sharing culture on the basis of mutual
respect, constructive conversations, and learning from others’ experiences.
