An Imam from Montpellier invited Tariq Ramadan to deliver a lecture at the end of this year titled “Personal and collective adversity”.

Muhammad Khattabi (the imam of the Aisha Mosque) is one of Tariq Ramadan’s supporters, and he did not hesitate to support him while he was in pre-trial detention.

Khattabi (Moroccan and Canadian citizen) was expelled from America because of extremism, while his violent manner did not prevent authority from renewing his residence in France.

on November 13, 2015 he said: “Oh God, support your Mujahideen (the fighters who participate in the jihad operations)”.

Khattabi realized that no one will expose him because of his proximity to the city’s mayor.

On November 13 he said: “foe the West, I will say that “the Islam is a giant entity, but it is sick. The west is afraid that this sick giant will wake up.

He continuous what will happen if Islam wakes up? He will re-take his suitable place on again; he will resume his role and put things in perspective.

We want our children to enter the political scene in the West. We dream of seeing our children as ministers, and even presidents. Why not? We want them to rule France, Belgium, Germany and Britain. Why not?

On his YouTube channel (12,000 subscribers) the followers understands the extent of extremism. The slogan of this channel in 2015 was the four fingers, the slogan of the Muslim Brotherhood, referring to Rabaa mosque in Cairo where jihadists placed their snipers.

“The speech of this Imam is full of hate against our way of life, which can have a great impact on young people” says the governor of Herolt district, Pierre de Bourke.

De Bourke adds: The investigations revealed that this Imam is a fraud. He will be legally pursued. He has multiple bank accounts in France and abroad and he lives with his wife (Le Figaro newspaper reported on 9-12-2015).

He was initially sentenced to six months on April 13, 2016 for fraud.

His invitation to Tariq Ramadan caused a wave of anger. We hope this new spotlight on his character will prompt the Ministry of the Interior to expel him.

Unfortunately, his mosque acquired a plot of 3000 square meters last October to make expansions and construct a school, and 1,182,000 euros have already been collected to do so. The progress of the project can be monitored on the Aisha Mosque Facebook page.
