Political Islam in the Arab world in general and in Turkey in particular faces a major dilemma, after testing its project in many Arab countries. That project was unable to possess a true and clear vision on the one hand to prevent intrusion, loss of wisdom, and interference in the Arab world to cover up the internal challenges it faces.

Religion versus authority:

Turkish intervention in Libya

The military intervention in Libya came based on a memorandum of understanding in the security and military fields between the Saraj government and Erdogan to hide the well-known formula in international relations, which is that when governments with a totalitarian dictatorial nature face problems at home, they seek to export those problems abroad.

Although the military agreement between Al-Sarraj government and the Erdogan government enjoyed a huge media "propaganda", Erdogan's statements referred to the Turkish forces, who were sent to Tripoli, are 35 military personnel for consultation and management, not for war, and it is known that Turkish military intervention in Libya, which is more than 1500 km away, does not receive any internal acceptance.

Libya does not have a SDF and the Kurds, whom Turkey considers terrorists, are allied to the Kurdish Workers' Party, which uses military force, to be separated from Turkey.

The Guardian newspaper indicates that the Turkish going to sign a memorandum of understanding freely to obtain the right to explore for oil in the eastern

Mediterranean and to sign a security and military memorandum of understanding increases the internal headache of the ruling party in Turkey.

The newspaper also points out that the ruling Justice and Development Party In Turkey lost 10% of its membership, due to the deteriorating economic situation of the Turkish lira, and the economic situation in general.

It is known that Ahmed Davutoglu who headed the ministers, and headed the Justice and Development Party, has resigned from the party, and founded a new party.

It is believed that Akramoglu, born in 1970, will be a waiting candidate for the Turkish presidential elections, which will be held in 2023. The the division in the conservative camp, which was led by "Erdogan", reflects the internal impasse facing the Justice and Development Project, which lost its charm.

The government refused Gamly

Habib El-Gamly is the candidate of Tunisia’s Ennahda Movement, which won the highest votes in the last legislative elections (52 votes). Rashid al-Ghannouchi, the movement’s president, assumed the presidency of the parliament. The movement’s candidate suffered a major setback, after the Tunisian parties refused to give him confidence.

He won 72 votes, while 134 rejected him, while the government needed to give him confidence to 109 votes, and immediately after Ennahdha received that harsh blow, Rashid Ghannouchi, the President of the Tunisian Parliament, and the head of the movement left away from the media to meet Erdogan.

This is what angered the political forces and the Tunisian street, because it gave the impression that the movement was receiving orders from Erdogan and that the Ghannouchi meeting of the Turkish ambassador, during consultations to form the government, before refusing to give him confidence, raised question marks about the weight of the Turkish hand in directing the policies of the renaissance and forming a government.

On the level of political forces and parties, which refused to pay the visit, and refused to give confidence to the government, they are now calling for collecting signatures in order to remove Ghannouchi himself from the presidency of the parliament because of what it considers to be Turkish guardianship of the Tunisian national decision.

The Turkish need for Tunisia, for its interference in Libya, prompted Erdogan to visit the Carthage Palace to obtain facilities, which Tunisia provides to the Turkish forces interfering in Libya.

Brotherhood on the list of American terrorism

In a panel discussion at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that he was one of eight congressional representatives who presented the draft of the Brotherhood’s list of US terrorism regulations in the administration of former President Barack Obama.

He indicated that the current administration is still looking into that and is assessing the step to ensure that it is done correctly. He said that there are elements within the Brotherhood and there is no doubt that they are terrorists, and they are listed on the terrorism list.
