Ibrahim Al-Zayat (Brotherhood Finance Minister) has been stripped of all his positions in the German Muslim Council
The Supreme Council of Muslims in Germany, in its meeting
yesterday on September 18, stripped Ibrahim Al-Zayat (Brotherhood Finance
Minister) of all his positions.
Ibrahim al-Zayat is one of the important Brotherhood
leaders in the international organization of the Brotherhood and the son-in-law
of the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood in Turkey, Necmettin Erbakan.
He is also the owner of the most famous name included in
all German intelligence reports that talk about the danger of the group.
Al-Zayat took over the presidency of the Islamic Society
in Germany in 2001 after Ghaleb Hemmat. He is of Egyptian origin, with father
and mother German and living in Germany.
Although he left the presidency of the Islamic Society,
he is permanently present in the international reports on the Muslim
Brotherhood due to his inciting statements, such as (it is early to strike the
infidels, but sooner or later we will strike the enemies of God and Islam).
It is worth noting that Al-Zayat is wanted by the
Egyptian government to carry out a 10-year prison sentence.
