Cairo court refers 3 terrorists to Mufti for death penalty

A Cairo court referred on Sunday referred 3 defendants accused of founding a terrorist group to Grand Mufti for consideration of the death penalty.

Ansar al-Sharia is accused of attacking policemen, army personnel, Christians, churches, public properties and threatening order.

The court set October 14 for a final verdict.
