A United Nations report said the terrorist threat is more present than ever and motivates terrorist acts rather than framing or facilitating them.
According to the journalist, the comprehensive survey carried out by the researchers in the UN report on the state of terrorism across the world confirms once again that despite the defeat of Daesh in Syria and Iraq, the terrorist threat remains more present than ever before and the data provided by the member states in this report are representing themselves.
Since the number of Daesh's warriors in Iraq and Syria varies from 20,000 to 30,000, experts point out that Daesh is still in transition phase from the model state structure to a secret-network.
