Most political analysts expect the covid-19 outbreak to bring about a new social order.

They believe terrorist organizations to use the same outbreak to strengthen their own presence everywhere around the world.

State sponsors of terrorist organizations, the same analysts add, will use the same conditions to destabilize some countries and implement their agendas in others.

Turkey is one of the states that will try to use the Covid-10 virus outbreak in increasing its regional influence. It will use the outbreak of the disease among Syrian refugees in violating a truce signed with Russia in the eastern Syrian city of Idlib. Turkey will also increase support to the terrorist organizations it sponsors in Libya. All these points are covered extensively in the report "Turkey and the Use of the Covid-19 Outbreak."

The Covid-19 outbreak is a golden chance for Turkey to achieve its political and economic goals in a number of countries, the report says.

Refugees

Turkey uses the file of the refugees to boost its stance in the face of European states. The fact that European states are afraid that the refugee problem can get worse in the coming days gives this file special importance in Turkish foreign policy.

Europe is afraid of an outbreak of the Covid-19 disease among the refugees, especially with living and health conditions deteriorating among these refugees.

Militias

Turkey backs a large number of the militias active in Arab countries, especially in Syria and Libya. In doing this, Ankara disregards international law and internationally-backed truces.

Turkey uses the current Covid-19 outbreak in increasing support to the militias controlling Libyan capital Tripoli. It also transfers hundreds of militants from Syria to Libya.

The European states that used to oppose the policies of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Libya, especially France, Germany and Italy, are now busy fighting the virus among their populations.
