Marsad al-Ifta: Al-Baghdadi's speech is proof of Daesh fall

Marsad al-Ifta of Egypt's Dar al-Ifta, which
is entrusted with issuing fatwas (religious edicts based on Islamic law), said
the instigation made by leader of the Daesh terrorist organization, Abu Bakr
al-Baghdadi, said the terrorist groups, i.e. al-Qaeda and Daesh, were in media wars.
Marsad al-Ifta, or Fatwa Observatory, has said
al-Baghdadi's recorded message comes in as al-Qaeda is rising in the Middle
East, while Daesh is falling apart. Al-Baghdadi wanted to say he is still alive
to dismiss recent news reports that he was killed.
The Observatory said that al-Baghdadi seemed
to be well-informed and fully aware of the goings-on, citing the US-Turkish
tussle and the world's new chart of alliances, citing the role of Russia, Iran
and North Korea.
Al-Baghdadi decried the US and a number of
its allies like Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the Observatory
said.
It added that the recorded message had
nothing new, stressing that the terrorist organization is falling apart.
