CEMO praised Germany banning Hezbollah

Dr. Abdel Rahim Ali, Egyptian PM, and Chairman of
the Center for Middle East Studies (CEMO) in Paris, praised Germany decision regarding
banning Hezbollah from the country.
Ali called the ban "a valuable and significant
step in the global fight against terrorism."
In a statement, Ali said, he called before all the European countries and the
European Union to adopt this necessary policy and to recognize organization for
what it is: Hezbollah -- both its military and political wings -- constitutes a
terror organization, and that is how it must be treated.
Germany announced Thursday it has designated the
Lebanese militant and political group Hezbollah a terror organization, banning
all of its activities in the country and ordering raids on sites police say are
linked to the group.
It is reported that 7 years ago, specifically in
2013, Ali launched an international campaign to ban the Brotherhood's
activities globally, and considered it an organization that calls for violence
and terrorism.
