Merkel warns against the Second Phase of Covid-19

Merkel thanked all health departments who played a pivotal role in fighting COVID-19.
Merkel confirmed that health workers have proven
that they "provided positive support" for the country in the midst of
the crisis, and that they will be able to make significant progress with
cooperation with the German Ministry of Health.
Merkel stressed that the "new phase of the
epidemic" has now begun, with some restrictions and procedures eased.
Merkel expressed concern about the "negligence" of some after
relaxing restrictions and procedures last weekend, and indicated that basic
measures of protection against corona, such as spacing, regular cleaning of
hands and wearing masks, should be observed.
Merkel appealed to everyone that cooperation and
solidarity are necessary between these stages, to write a happy end to this
crisis.
