UAE helps Sudan put an end to internal conflicts

The UAE's end goal is to pave the road for

Sudan has succeeded in initialing a peace deal

The agreement will end tensions in Sudan. It gives
South Kordofan and Blue Nile states self autonomy. It also gives the two states
40% of their revenues, whereas the remaining 60% will go to the federal
government.
According to Spokesman of the Sudanese
Transitional Sovereign Council Shams al-Din Kabashi, several Arab and regional
states participated in making the deal a success.
Top in the list of these states were the United
Arab Emirates and Chad, Kabashi said.
The United Arab Emirates sent a senior delegation
to help Sudanese parties finalize the deal, according to Khaled Seif al-Shamsi,
who is responsible for the Sudan file.
He added on Twitter that the members of the
Sudanese delegation oversaw the progress of the deal until both sides initialed
it in Juba.
The UAE has always backed the countries of the
region get over their problems and bring about peace and stability.
Some regional states, including Turkey and Qatar,
refused, meanwhile, the political transition in Sudan.
The two states considered this transition a coup
against legitimacy.
However, the UAE opposed attempts by these
regional sponsors of the Muslim Brotherhood movement to sabotage the transition
in Sudan.
Abu Dhabi had backed the transitional period
agreement that was signed by the Sudanese government on July 5, 2019.
