TIKA spitting its venom in Africa

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan uses his country's charities in serving his political agenda. The charities are acting as an intelligence arm for Erdogan, working to infiltrate societies and support terrorism.

Terrorist TIKA

According to the Turkish newspaper Zaman, the Turkish international cooperation agency, widely known as TIKA, is one of the most dangerous Turkish Muslim Brotherhood intelligence arms.

The agency has 61 offices in 59 states, including in Africa. It works under the cloak of humanitarian assistance. It infiltrates mosques and universities. The Turkish national carrier, Turkish Airlines, gives support to the agency, the newspaper said.

The agency was founded in 1992. It made its debut by offering support to the states that declared independence from the Soviet Union then, especially those with a Turkmen majority. The agency especially cooperated with these new republics in the fields of education and culture.

At the end of last year, the government of the ruling Justice and Development Party specified a budget of $9 million for the agency, the newspaper said.

Infiltration

The Turkish newspaper Yeni Şafak, Erdogan made TIKA an agency an affiliate of his party since his coming to power in 2002.

It said the agency advances Erdogan's agenda around the world. It helps him implement his dubious plans in all countries as an intelligence tool of the Turkish regime, the newspaper said.

Erdogan once said that his country would reach its hands out everywhere in the world to support the needy and the oppressed and TIKA is apparently implementing his vision in this regard.
