Nasrallah receives a Houthi delegation in Beirut

Hezbollah secretary general Hassan Nasrallah, who has always denied
the Lebanese party’s involvement in the conflict in Yemen, received a
high-ranking delegation from the Houthis in his stronghold in the southern
suburb on August 18.
The delegation was led by Mohammed Abdulsalam, a spokesman for the
rebel group, along with two key members of the Political Bureau, Abdul Malik
al-Ajri and Ibrahim al-Daylami, Intelligence online magazine reported.
This is not the first time that Houthi’s delegation has come to
Beirut to meet Hezbollah, which supports the organization, particularly in
terms of logistics and information services.
Intelligence Online quoted that this is the first visit to be
publicly disclosed.
The delegation then moved to Baghdad and Najaf, the stronghold of
Iraqi political leader Muqtada al-Sadr. The delegation arrives in Tehran on
September 2, Intelligence Online said.
