Turkey: Saudi-Turkish team to investigate Khashoggi case

The Turkish presidential office said on Thursday
that a joint Saudi-Turkish team will be formed to investigate the case of
missing Saudi citizen and journalist Jamal Khashoggi, Al Arabiya reported.
Ibrahim Kalin, Turkish Presidential spokesman, said
that Ankara accepted a Saudi proposal to form a joint working group to
investigate the case.
Khashoggi was last seen one week ago entering the
consulate in Istanbul to get documents related to his forthcoming marriage. His
fiancee, waiting outside, said he never emerged.
