A scheme to assassinate Hamas leaders in the Gaza Strip

The Palestinian media announced on Saturday morning,
scheme to assassinate 3 of Hamas leaders.
The scheme raises questions about who is behind the
operation. Hamas sources revealed a plot to assassinate Yahya al-Senwar, and
Khalil al-Hayya, a member of the political bureau, and Mahmoud al-Zahar, the
movement's leader in the Gaza Strip.
This plot coincides with what the sources in the
movement revealed to the Palestinian media, about the agreement with Israel,
which includes opening of the crossings and the expansion of fishing areas.
Osama Shaath, Palestinian expert in international
relations, said there is no information so far on who is behind the assassination
attempt, but often the occupation were behind such these incidents.
He added in statements to the “Reference” that the
Israeli occupation is trying to calm the situation in Gaza; Israel looking
forward to settlement the issue of Jerusalem”.
He also indicated that the expected agreement will
not lead to calm; because other factions do not agree to this expected truce,
For example, the Jihad movement rejects the truce for “the solar and the dollar”.
Other movements also reject the course of Hamas.
