AL welcomes Saudi royal orders over Khashoggi case

The General Secretariat of the Arab League welcomed
on Saturday royal orders issued by Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz concerning
Jamal Khashoggi case.
In a press release, the AL hailed Saudi Attorney
General's statement that announced launching a probe into the case.
The orders of the Saudi King reflect Riyadhss
keenness on uncovering the truth concerning Khashoggi's case, it added.
Meanwhile, the AL offered its deep condolences to
the family of the Saudi citizen.
Earlier, the kingdom's prosecutor general announced
that Khashoggi has died.
An official investigation has been started with 18
Saudi persons over the case, said the top prosecutor.
Discussions between Khashoggi and people who met him
at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul led to a quarrel, which then led to his
death, he added.
