AP speaker condemns terrorist attack on police station in Libya

Arab Parliament Speaker Mishaal bin Fahm Al-Salami
on Tuesday condemned the terrorist attack on a police station in Libya's al
Jaafra township on Monday, claiming the lives of a number of security
personnel.
In a statement, Salami denounced such cowardly acts
of terrorism which are committed by criminal gangs, asserting the Arab
parliament's support and full solidarity with Libya in its fight against
terrorism and to maintain its security and stability.
He also reiterated the need for intensifying
international efforts to counter terrorism and dry up its financial resources.
The Arab Parliament speaker, meanwhile, offered
condolences to the families of the victims.
