Arab-European forum to be held in Cairo in February

Preparations are currently underway for holding the
Arab-European forum in Cairo in February, Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab
Affairs Ambassador Fahad Al Awadhi said on Tuesday.
In press statements, Awadhi described Arab-European
relations as important and distinguished, noting that the forum represents a
new common ground for both sides.
Awadhi said that "conditions in Yemen are hurting
us", adding that everyone knows how Kuwait has supported the issue and
sought for finding a peaceful settlement for it, highlighting that his country
has hosted the Yemeni brothers for more than three months.
Kuwait reiterated its readiness to host the Yemeni brothers
anew if there is a real intention to reach a settlement for the Yemeni issue,
he said.
