Arab coalition targets Houthi reinforcements in Hodeidah

Arab coalition forces have targeted reinforcements of the
Houthi militias on the coastal highway in front of the western gate of Hodeidah
University, Yemeni military sources said on Thursday.
A convoy laden with reinforcements coming from Sanaa to the
militias was destroyed, Al Arabiya news channel reported, quoting the sources
as saying.
The shelling as well destroyed military equipment that were
brought by the Houthi militants as part of their mobilization process, during
which they deployed fighters inside one of Hodeidah towns in preparation for an
expected military operation against the Yemeni army, the sources said.
The Yemeni army, backed by the Arab coalition forces,
continued providing further reinforcements at the outskirts of Hodeidah, the
sources added.
On Wednesday, military sources at the West Coast front
asserted that scores of the Houthi elements were killed and others injured in
airstrikes that were launched against a secret training camp that was set up by
the Houthi militias in Haffash directorate, east of Hodeidah.
