Several months after the revolution of January 25 in Egypt, the book “Egypt and
the Road to the Nation of the Caliphate”, by Abu Bakr Ahmed was released to
provide an analytical view of the situation in the Egyptian state, referring to
the importance of Egypt for the Islamic State organization.
Because of the centrality of the Egyptian state and its power at the same time,
the question that was asked by the leaders of the organization was "How to
access Egypt and spread our ideology?"
Successive messages were broadcast through videos released by the Organization,
referring to what they called "the Mujahideen in Egypt." The book
"The Mystery of the Egyptian Puzzle" by Abumoudoud Hermassi also
emerged to talk about the real key to enter the heart of Cairo.
The creation of an environment of chaos is the great strategic objective that
Hermassi spoke of. It was based on several axes. What does America and the
world order want from Egypt? And what will it lead to stability or chaos? He
said: "Egypt will remain the focus of the interests of the East and the
West as well as the Muslims and the infidels.” Then he listed specific steps
for what he calls "gangs and exhaustion", first by creating chaos
among the arms carriers: "the army, the police and the Coptic Christians",
by luring elements to carry out operations against them.
Secondly comes the exhaustion of the state by failing the financial system and
targeting ports and corridors of navigation as well as economic and financial
buildings, such as the central bank, and the headquarters of the stock market
and banks, and weakening the pound against other currencies, in addition to the
energy system of electricity, oil and gas.
Thirdly, all foreign investments and Arab investments in Egypt should be
targeted by targeting Gulf and foreign companies and institutions directly
through the kidnapping of nationals, the burning of factories and multinational
companies, etc.
Fourthly comes the assassination of those who are not accompanied by a guard of
judges, police officers, the army and the media.
Fifthly is igniting the tribal areas in Sinai, Matrouh, Wadi Al-Natroun, and
other areas of the Copts' racist killing, and forming groups of young people,
especially private university students, and training them to infiltrate and
upgrade their security.
After these plans, and after the isolation of the Muslim Brotherhood from the
rule of Egypt, we have now many players of the armed jihadist violence in
Egypt, most of them were broken up and destroyed, until what remained of them
are the most violent and ferocious. This includes Daesh terrorist group which
is represented by its most dangerous branches, including Beit al-Maqds and Ard
al-Kenana.
