The event will run until November 22.
Abdel Ghaffar underlined that the cooperation ties between Egypt and Russia witnessed progress through history in the fields of sciences, technology and innovation.
The minister said that Egypt seeks expanding bilateral cooperation via increasing academic scholarships, noting that there are 178 Egyptians studying in Russia and nearly 6,000 in universities in the former Soviet republics.
