AL condemns Israeli decision against two senior Palestinian officials

The Arab League (AL) on Saturday condemned a decision by the
Israeli occupation authorities against member of the Executive Committee of the
Palestine Liberation Organization and Minister of Al Quds Affairs Adnan al
Husseiny, along with Al Quds Governor Adnan Gheit, said a senior official of
the pan-Arab body.
According to the decision, the two Palestinian officials are
banned from travelling and are not allowed to communicate with some Palestinian
figures.
AL Assistant Secretary General for the Palestine and
occupied Arab Lands Affairs Ambassador Saeed Abu Ali added that the decision is
a violation of international and humanitarian law.
He confirmed that Al Quds is the capital of the State of
Palestine and an icon for the existence of the Palestinian people.
He also underlined the necessity of ending the Israeli
occupation, implementing international law and activating immediately
international resolutions for establishing peace and stability in the region.
