Egyptian-Saudi coordination serves national security

Chairman of the Supreme Council for Media Makram
Mohamed Ahmed on Tuesday said that coordination between Egypt and Saudi Arabia
is important at all levels for protecting joint interests and defending the
Arab national security.
The remark was made at a meeting with a visiting
Saudi media delegation and senior Egyptian media and press people.
Makram also underlined the necessity of holding such
meetings to discuss joint interests and international developments.
Chairman of the Saudi Press Agency Abdullah Bin Fahd
al Hussein said that the Saudi media delegation is keen on the success of the
meeting and on promoting coordination between both sides for the service of the
joint interests and the Arab causes.
Also, chief editor of the Egyptian Al Akhbar
newspaper Kahlid Mery underscored the necessity of enhancing joint cooperation
and holding such meetings.
