Egypt urges ending suffering of Palestinians

Egypt on Wednesday called for ending the suffering
of the Palestinian people and supporting them to restore their rights.
The remark was made by Ambassador Khaled Radi, the
director of Palestine department at the Egyptian Foreign Ministry in a
celebration held by the Arab League on the international day for solidarity
with the Palestinian people.
Radi said that the Palestinian people have the right
to establish their independent state with Al Quds as its capital.
He underlined the necessity of resuming peace
negotiations that would lead to restoring the Palestinian people's rights.
Just peace is the only way to guarantee the
stability and security of the region's countries, he said, adding that
occupation is the real cause behind the suffering of the Palestinians.
Egypt has always called for establishing
comprehensive peace that is based on international resolutions, he added.
