·       A welcome word by Dr. Ahmed Youssef.

·       The inauguration speech by Dr. Abdel Rahim Ali

·       Richard Labévière: the general framework of financing terrorism problems.

12:30 PM: a Lunch break till 2:30 PM

Session 2: from 2:30 PM till 3:30 PM

·       The Qatari funds and attempts to create another Afghanistan in Somalia and the African Horn.

·        Dr. Abdel Rahim Ali: Qatar and how to create another Afghanistan in Somalia.

·       Richard Labévière: the African Horn as a backyard and new arena for jihadis.

Session 3: from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM

The Qatari and Muslim Brotherhood role in financing terrorism.

·       Dr. Abdel Rahim Ali: the Brotherhood financial arms in the west.

·       Atmane Tazaghart: Qatar and the making of terrorism…the two models of adverse money-laundering and hostages business in the west.

·       Theo Curtis: A video-tape recalling the horrible experience of this American hostage who was abducted and detained by Al-Nusra Front. The tape also speaks about Qatar misuse of the hostage business to finance terrorist group.

4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, a coffee break

A review and presentation of the new electronic web site affiliated to the Center for the Middle East Studies in Paris, The Reference, in four languages “Arabic, English, French, and German.

5:15 to 6:30 PM Session 4

·       A word by Roland Jacquard

·       Summary of the conference works and the final address speech by Dr. Abdel Rahim Ali.

·       Recommendations and a thanking farewell by Dr. Ahmed Youssef.
