Roland Lombardi: The Egyptian Army confronts the Muslim Brotherhood’s project

Roland Lombardi, the Professor of Arab and Muslim
Worlds Institute for Research and Studies, said said that since January 2011 revolution,
he expected the Muslim Brotherhood will Rule, after the Islamists took control
of the Egyptian parliament.
Lombardi added at a conference in French capital
Paris on similarities and differences between the yellow vest protests in France
and the Arab Spring protests in the Arab world that the Egyptian army must have
confronted the Brotherhood project.
Lombardi praised the Egyptian army. He also stressed
that President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi managed to lead Egypt to safety.
