CAOA hosts seminar on counter-terrorism strategies
The Central Agency For Organization and Administration
(CAOA) organized a seminar on "Counter-terrorism Strategies".
Professor of national security at the Higher Nasser
Military Academy Mohamed Qashqoush said that the military operations, which
took place in Sinai explicitly demonstrated conspiracies against Egypt.
The Egyptian Armed Forces managed to enforce the law
in Sinai, strike painful blows to terrorists and foil their schemes, he added.
For his part, strategic expert Khalid Okasha said
Egypt is engaged in a full-fledged war against terrorism.
He further asserted the political leadership's
keenness on fighting extremism and terrorism and activating the role of
religious institutions, topped by Al Azhar Al Sharif.
The seminar was held at the premises of the center
for leadership development in the public sector.
