Ali unveils new anti-terrorism website

CAIRO – Director of the Center for Middle East Studies Abdel Rahim Ali said Thursday that he organized a number of conferences and gatherings in the past months with the single goal of fighting terrorism financing in France and other European states.

He said he works to publish a book every three months to clarify the dangers of terrorism financing.

Ali referred at a seminar on the financing of terrorist organizations in French capital Paris to the launch by the Center for Middle East Studies of the Reference site and magazine in four languages.

The Reference, he said, focuses on Islamists and terrorism.

He expected the site to be a top one when it comes to the battle against terrorism and terrorist groups.

Ali said he will issue a booklet about Muslim Brotherhood infiltration of European societies soon.

He said the website, magazine and booklet will be launched at a major international conference on May 5.

The seminar is organized by the Center for Middle East Studies. It is held simultaneously with an international conference in the French capital on the financing of terrorism.

French President Emmanuel Macron attends the international conference, along with a large number of terrorism experts and government representatives.
