SDF and Daesh elements killed in attacks in eastern Syria

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) on Tuesday said that 23 elements of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and nine militants of Daesh terrorist group were killed in counter attacks carried out by Daesh elements in eastern Syria.

Al Arabiya news channel quoted SOHR as saying that Daesh group intensified its attacks on areas controlled by the SDF after an announcement by US President Donald Trump last month to withdraw US forces from Syria.
