Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has approved a draft agreement with Sudan on simplified entry for military ships of both countries in each other's ports.

The step was reported by Sputnik news agency on Wednesday.

According to the draft agreement, ships would enter the other country's ports after submitting a request, which should be done no later than seven work days before the expected date of entry, said the report.

No more than seven military ships of a country should be in the territorial waters, internal waters and ports of another country at any time, it added.
