Arms handover reveals Qatar's terror finance

The handing over of weapons of Syrian militias, according to an
agreement with the Syrian authorities, has revealed Qatari funding to terrorist
groups in Syria.
Homs Media Watch released photos of Chinese-made anti-aircraft missiles.
The terrorist groups received the missiles from Qatar in 2014. Qatar bought the
missiles from Sudan.
These missiles raised a number of questions four years ago, when members
of the Free Syrian Army were pictured along with the Chinese-made weapon. Analysts
dismissed that the Free Syrian Army had obtained the missiles directly from
China, which is an ally of the Syrian regime.
Qatar has been accused of financing terrorist groups since the Syrian turmoil
erupted in 2011.
