26 defendants in MB media case sentenced to jail

The Giza Criminal Court sentenced on Thursday 26
defendants to jail in the case known as Muslim Brotherhood media case.
Two defendants were exonerated.
The defendants include media people and producers
employed by MB-funded TV satellite channels Al Sharq and Mekamleen, as well as
those working for Al Jazeera.
Five of the defendants were sentenced to 15-year
jail term, while 21 defendants got 5-year imprisonment sentence.
Nineteen of the defendants, including two women, are
at large but Egypt's authorities notified the Interpol to arrest them.
