KSRelief Continues Humanitarian Aid in Yemen, Supports Syrian Refugees in Jordan

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) distributed Friday 900 food baskets weighing 67 tons in the in Marib Governorate, benefiting 5,400 people, as part of a distribution project of 102,170 food baskets, targeting 9 Yemeni governorates.

The center has also distributed 450 food baskets, weighing 33 tons and 300 kgs, in Hajjah Governorate to 2,700 beneficiaries. In addition to 500 other food baskets, weighing 37 tons to the displaced people, benefiting 6,000 people.

The distribution comes within the framework of the humanitarian projects, provided by Saudi Arabia, represented by the Center, to the Yemeni people, which has so far reached 328 projects, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Also in Jordan, the clinics of KSRelief in the Za'tari Refugee Camp continue providing medical and therapeutic services to all patients. The clinics had received during the month of February 2019 more than 932 patients.

These services come within the framework of the various services, provided by the Center, for Syrian refugees in Za'tari camp, including health services in order to alleviate their suffering as a result of the Syrian crisis.
