Sham Liberation Organization haunts Daesh security cells through Telegram

The security apparatus of the so-called Sham Liberation Organization published
pictures of a number of escapees from Idlib Central Prison after the Russian
aerial bombardment, calling on the people to give any information leading to
their arrest through the account dedicated to communication on Telegram.
According to a channel affiliated with the Sham Liberation Organization on the
application of Telegram for social communication, most of the fugitives who
have not been arrested, belong to the so-called Daesh security cells.
Among the fugitives is Mohammed Faysal, known as Abu-Faisal, a member of Daesh
security cell, who lost one of his hands during the fighting with Daesh
organization and 22 other members of the terrorist organization.
The newspaper Aba of the Sham Liberation Organization, in its latest issue,
said that the Commission will reduce the sentences against fugitives, if they
surrendered during the current period before their arrest, explaining that the
length of imprisonment will be reduced to one third, while the fines will be
reduced against fugitives to the quarter.
Russian planes launched air raids on the Idlib Central Prison, run by the Sham
Liberation Organization, about two weeks ago, which led to the escape of dozens
of detainees inside.
