Egypt, Saudi Arabia sign MoU in field of social security

Egypt and Saudi Arabia have signed a memorandum of
understanding to exchange expertise, legislation and studies meant to improve
services offered to pensioners.
Putting their signatures to the MoU were head of
Egypt's social insurance fund Mohamed Saudi and governor of the Saudi Public
Pension Agency Mohamed bin Talal al Nahhas, a statement by the Social
Solidarity Ministry said Tuesday.
The MoU also aims to protect rights of retirees and
manage retirement funds.
This is the first MoU to be signed between the two
Arab countries in the field of social security.
