Pope Tawadros II, Catholic church and Evangelical church decry terrorist attack in Sheikh Zuweid

Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St.
Mark Diocese has slammed the terrorist attack that targeted a police patrol in
Sheikh Zuweid city in North Sinai, leaving seven people, including four
policemen, dead and 26 others wounded.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the Egyptian
Coptic Orthodox Church led by Pope Tawadros II offered its sincere condolences
to the victims' families and wished a speedy recovery for the wounded.
It affirmed its full solidarity with Egypt's Armed
Forces and police in their fight against terrorism.
The Catholic Church also condemned the terrorist on
a police patrol in Sheikh Zuweid city in North Sinai.
In a statement, the church, led by Patriarch Ibrahim
Isaac, offered its sincere condolences to the families of the victims, wishing
the injured a speedy recovery.

Zaki mourned on Tuesday the victims of a terror blast in Sheikh Zuweid city in
North Sinai governorate.
