11 terrorists killed in Arish: MoI

The Interior Ministry said national security forces
attacked a terrorist cell in El Arish city, killing 11 of its elements.
In a statement on Thursday, the ministry said the
national security department received a tip that a group of terrorists was
hiding in a building in Abu Eita area in El Arish city, North Sinai, and was
orchestrating a number of terrorist operations in several vital areas as well
as Armed Forces and police posts.
The security forces exchanged fire with terrorists,
liquidating 11 elements.
Two machine guns, five rifles, two explosive devices
and two explosive belts were found in the terrorists' possession.
All needed legal measures were taken and
investigations are underway.
