New Palestinian gov't has plan to rationalize expenses

New Palestinian government spokesman Ibrahim Melhem
said the government will take major measures to rationalize expenses.
In statements to Voice of Palestine, he said the
coming stage will witness grave challenges, not only at the financial level,
but also at the political one.
The government will also channel budgets and lay
down practical plans to save occupied Jerusalem.
On Saturday, new Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad
Ishtayeh said the government will not up taxes, adding that the government has
a three-month emergency plan.
He wished to settle the financial crisis which the
Palestinian people are suffering.
