OIC backs Sudanese people's choices, decisions

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on
Sunday asserted it is closely following up the evolving political situation in
Sudan.
In a statement published by the Saudi Press Agency
(SPA), the organization said it is siding with the choices of the Sudanese
people and the decisions they take regarding their future.
The OIC welcomed decisions and measures that
prioritize the interests of the people of Sudan and maintain their
institutions.
It further urged all parties to uphold constructive
dialogue that seeks maintaining peace and social solidarity within the country,
realizing Sudanese people's aspirations for a peaceful transition of power and
achieving stability and sustainable development.
