Fayez al-Sarraj, head of the so-called “Al-Wefaq Government” in Tripoli, approved a $ 1 billion fund to support the terrorist militias against the National Libya Army led by Marshal Khalifa Hafer.

In a statement issued late last March, the head of the court, Khaled Shakshak, said that Al-Sarraj's decision included items amounting to the level of crimes of economic crimes stipulated in the Libyan Penal Code, pointing out that the decision did not respect the current circumstances of the state, According to planned plans.
