Despite the Libyan financial crisis, Al-Sarraj funded the terrorist with billion dollars

Fayez al-Sarraj, head of the so-called “Al-Wefaq Government”
in Tripoli, approved a $ 1 billion fund to support the terrorist militias against
the National Libya Army led by Marshal Khalifa Hafer.
al-Sarraj issued this decision despite the financial
crisis experienced by Al-Wefaq, in conjunction with the campaign of “Al-Karama”,
while informed Libyan sources revealed that al-Sarraj received support from
Qatar and Turkey , During the current period.
Earlier, Major General Ahmad al-Massmari, a
spokesman for the Libyan National Army, revealed a financial scandal for
Al-Sarraj's government, saying that it depended on the funds of the stolen
Libyan people, exploiting its relationship with the remnants of al-Qaeda
terrorist organization to stay in power.
In a statement issued late last March, the head of
the court, Khaled Shakshak, said that Al-Sarraj's decision included items
amounting to the level of crimes of economic crimes stipulated in the Libyan
Penal Code, pointing out that the decision did not respect the current
circumstances of the state, According to planned plans.
He pointed out that there was a fallacy in the
drafting of the resolution as it was issued and was adopted on the basis of
consultation with the Court of Audit, which was not in fact, explaining that
the decision did not include any controls and conditions for the disbursement
of central items, the most important treatment abroad and various political
work.
He added the past years have seen a waste of their
spending, ensuring equity in the distribution of available resources.
The statements of the President of the Audit Court
revealed the existence of manipulation by Al-Wefaq in the budget approved by
the amount of 46.8 billion Libyan dinars, which confirms the allocation of part
of that budget to support terrorist groups.
