LNA's tactical plans thwart terrorists' scorched earth policy – spokesman

Spokesman for the Libyan National Army (LNA) Major
General Ahmed al-Mismari assured his forces is are determined to liberate the
capital Tripoli from terrorist groups and their allies.
Addressing a press conference, Mismari added that
terrorist groups implemented a scorched earth policy and a guerrilla warfare
strategy to disrupt the LNA forces that achieve successive victories in the
current military operation.
Tactical plans were developed cope with those
groups, the spokesman said
The forces are advancing in the eastern and middle
axes and have repulsed all counter-attack attempts carried out by armed groups,
he added.
