Karam Said, researcher of Turkish affairs,
has said Turkey is full of Islamist political parties, citing a new party
launched by Fatih Erbakan, son of late Turkish prime minister Necmettin Erbakan,
won't play strong role on the political scene.
"Fatih is trying to have a place on Turkey's
political scene. The timing of launching the new party coincides with declining
support for the Justice and Development Party," Said told THE REFERENCE.
The researcher expects the new party will
have no influence on the Turkish political scene.
