8 security guards killed, injured in northern Baghdad

Four security guards killed and four others injured
in shootout northern Baghdad, Iraqi media security cell announced.
"The security forces combed the area in search
for terrorist elements who detonated a motorcycle belonging to Iraqi
forces," Alsumaria news channel quoted the cell as saying.
It added that the forces managed to kill three
terrorists. The manhunt and search operation are still underway.
