Algeria condemns Arish terrorist attack

Algeria has condemned a recent terrorist attack on a
security checkpoint in North Sinai, reiterating support for Cairo in this
ordeal.
"We strongly deplore the terrorist assault
which targeted police personnel in southern Al Arish city in the Arab Republic
of Egypt," said the the Algerian foreign ministry's spokesman Abdelaziz
Benali Cherif in press statements on Friday.
He offered condolences to the families of the dead.
He voiced hope Cairo will manage to defeat terrorism
and recover from its effects.
