Syrian state media report Israeli strike on country’s south

Syria’s state media is reporting an Israeli attack
on the country’s southern province of Daraa, saying it did not inflict any
casualties.
State news agency SANA and state TV added that the
“Israeli aggression” struck al-Harra hill that is home to Syrian army posts
adding that it only caused material damage.
The media gave no further details about the early
Wednesday attack that came a month after Israel targeted the same area.
Israel does not usually comment on reports
concerning its strikes in neighboring Syria, though it has recently acknowledged
striking Iranian targets there.
The al-Harra hill is a mountain south of the capital
Damascus that overlooks wide parts of southern Syria all the way to the
country’s Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.
