Bomb blast hits Kabul, fears over casualties

An explosion took place in Darulaman in Kabul on
Monday, Tolo News reported quoting the Afghan police as saying.
Earlier in the day, Hashmat Stanikzai, Kabul police
spokesman, said a blast occurred in Zor Abad area of PD 4 in Kabul city inside
a residential house.
Stanikzai did not give further details and the
source of the explosion has not been confirmed.
This explosion was followed by another blast in
Darulaman, in PD6, near the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.
The PD6 explosion happened at about 1pm local time
while government workers were reportedly leaving their office for the day.
