Saudi-led alliance for Support of Legitimacy in
Yemen announced on Wednesday a comprehensive and wide-ranging plan for the
rapid delivery of humanitarian aid to Hudaydah and the surrounding areas, Sky

UAE minister of State for International Cooperation
Mariam al-Hashemi said that food and basic humanitarian aid had been stored and
prepared for immediate intervention.
Al-Hamashi added that the coalition has “ships,
planes and trucks equipped with food supplies and medicines to meet the immediate
needs of the Yemeni people”.
“If the Houthis try to cause further damage and
destroy any port or logistical infrastructure, we have put in place contingency
plans to transport aid to and from Hudaydah”.
In addition
to the $ 14 billion allocated by the coalition to provide assistance to Yemen,
we continue Working with several relief organizations to ensure increased
capacity of Hudaydah port and the amount of aid it receives as soon as it is
released.
“The Arab Alliance succeeded in carrying out similar
large-scale operations when it liberated Aden, Mukalla and the Makhba, which
improved the living conditions of the Yemeni people, which in turn became
better off than it was after its liberation from the control of the Hothis and
al-Qaeda”.
The alliance forces were very keen not to harm
civilians or target their houses in the Golden Victory operations.
